1. IPA Manager (ASSIST Project)
Vacancy Location: Dhubri Medical College & Hospital, Goalpara DH
Interview Date: 15.09.2025 (11:00 AM onwards)
Qualification: Master’s in Hospital Administration / Health Management / MBA in Hospital or Health Management.
Experience: Freshers and entry-level candidates can apply.
Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, good communication.
2. Hospital Administrator (ASSIST Project)
Vacancy Location: Guwahati Medical College & Hospital
Interview Date: 15.09.2025 (3:00 PM onwards)
Qualification: Master’s in Hospital Administration / Health Management / MBA with 10 years experience.
Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
Skills: Leadership in hospital operations, stakeholder coordination, policy implementation.
3. Hospital Administrator (Medical Colleges & Hospitals)

Qualification: Master’s in Hospital Administration / Health Management / MBA with 3 years experience.

4. Finance Specialist

5. MIS Executive

Qualification: BCA / B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT.
Experience: 5 years in IT/MIS projects.

6. Procurement Executive

Qualification: B.E / PG Diploma in Procurement. Preference for PDPP/CPPP.
Experience Criteria: 5 years in procurement, along with 2 years in World Bank or externally aided projects preferred. Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
7. Procurement Specialist
Vacancy Location: Office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam
Interview Date: 22.09.2025
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Commerce/Procurement/Finance. Preference for PDPP/CPPP certifications.
Experience: 10 years in procurement, knowledge of GeM & e-Procurement required.
8. State Environment Management & Safeguard Specialist
