IIE Guwahati Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline with Mathematics as a subject till Class XII.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from Management, Commerce, or Engineering background.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations for profit enterprise or in implementing non-farm livelihood interventions.

Core Competencies Required

  • Hands-on experience and understanding of non-farm livelihood sector.
  • Numerical and business finance knowledge.
  • Strong team player and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Data-driven, adaptable, and willing to work in field conditions.
  • Honest, fair, and non-discriminatory attitude.
  • Training and development orientation.
  • Willing to travel extensively and stay in villages for 15–20 days per month.
