Oil India Limited has released the official OIL India Nursing Admission 2025 Notification for admission into the 3-Year General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Course at the School of Nursing, Oil India Hospital, Duliajan for the academic session 2025–2026.
Eligible female candidates belonging to the districts of Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Sivasagar, and Charaideo in Assam, as well as Changlang District of Arunachal Pradesh, can apply online for this course.

Eligibility Criteria for OIL India Nursing Admission 2025
Gender & Marital Status : Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
Domicile : Only residents of… are eligible residents of Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Sivasagar, Charaideo (Assam) or Changlang District (Arunachal Pradesh).
Age Limit Minimum: 17 years Maximum: 35 years (as on 31st December 2025)
Educational Qualification
• Passed HSSLC (10+2) in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) and English, securing minimum 40% marks from a reccognizedd board.
• Passed 10+2 in Arts with subjects such as Mathmaticss, Biiotechnology, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Acountancy, Sociology, Psychology, etc., along with English Core/Elective or Health Care Science (Career-oriented course) with at least 40% marks from a Certified board.
• Completed 10+2 Vocational ANM under CBSE or equivalent, Authorized by the Indian Nursing Council, with minimum 40% marks.
• Recognized ANM under the State Nursing Recognized Councl.
• Passed 10+2 in Arts/Science or Health Care Science – Vocationall stream from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) with at least 40% marks
Entrance Exam Score
Must have qualified GNMEE 2025 conducted by SSUHS, Guwahati.
Minimum qualifying marks:
1.UR/EWS: 26 marks (18th percentile)
2.SC/ST/OBC (NCL): 25 marks (15th percentile)
3.PWD: 25 marks (15th percentile)
Medical Fitness
Candidates must be medically fit.

Selection Process – OIL India Nursing Admission 2025
Selection will be based on merit from the GNMEE 2025 scores. In case of a tie, preference will be given in the following order:
Higher marks in English (Entrance Exam)
Higher marks in General Science (Entrance Exam)
If still tied, marks in English, then General Science, then Mathematics in the qualifying exam will be considered.
Final admission will be subject to:
Verification of original documents (Class 10 Admit Card/Birth Certificate, qualifying exam marksheets, caste certificate, domicile certificate, GNMEE scorecard, etc.)
