IIE Guwahati Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline with Mathematics as a subject till Class XII.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Management, Commerce, or Engineering background.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations for profit enterprise or in implementing non-farm livelihood interventions.
Core Competencies Required
- Hands-on experience and understanding of non-farm livelihood sector.
- Numerical and business finance knowledge.
- Strong team player and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Data-driven, adaptable, and willing to work in field conditions.
- Honest, fair, and non-discriminatory attitude.
- Training and development orientation.
- Willing to travel extensively and stay in villages for 15–20 days per month.
