Selection Process of IB Security Assistant Recruitment 2025
The selection process will be conducted in three main stages:
1. Tier-I (Objective Test)
Mode: Online CBT
Subjects:
General Awareness
Quantitative Aptitude
Logical/Analytical Ability
English Language
Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
2. Tier-II (Descriptive/Skill Test)
Part A: Translation of a passage from local language/dialect to English and vice versa.
Part B: Spoken ability test in local language/dialect.
3. Tier-III (Interview/Personality Test)
To assess communication skills, presence of mind, confidence, and suitability for the post.Final Selection:
