Eligibility Criteria for DSE Assam Recruitment 2025
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 40 years
Age Relaxation
OBC/MOBC: 3 Years
SC/ST: 5 Years
Ex-Servicemen: 2 Years
PwD: 10 Years
Educational Qualification
Graduation or Post-Graduation with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university is essential.
Applicants must hold a B.Ed. in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
Degrees from off-campus or distance mode institutions are not acceptable, except those awarded by KKHSOU, IGNOU, IDOL under Gauhati University, and Dibrugarh University (Distance Education).
Other Conditions
Small Family Norms apply: Those having more than two living children after 01.01.2021 are not eligible for this recruitment.
Citizenship: Must be an Indian Citizen and a permanent resident of Assam.
Employment Exchange Registration: Mandatory.
TET cum Recruitment Test: Candidates must qualify this test.
Physical Fitness: Candidates must be physically and mentally fit.
