<h3 class="wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size"><strong>About ASSEB</strong></h3>



<p class="has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph">The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) was formed in 2024 after the merger of the Board of Secondary Education (SEBA) and the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC). Since then, ASSEB has been conducting the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination for Class 10 students studying in schools affiliated with the board.</p>



<p class="has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Every year, the board publishes the HSLC Routine in advance, allowing students to prepare and plan their studies. For 2026, the official exam schedule has been released and the exam will be held from <strong>10 February to 27 February 2026</strong>.</p>
