MMGS-II (Middle Management Grade Scale II)
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years
Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute with:
- 60% marks for General category
- 55% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD
Experience:
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as an officer, including at least 2 years in processing:
- MSME Credit
- Commercial Credit
- Project Finance
- Mid & Large Credit
in Scheduled Banks, Financial Institutions, or Foreign Banks.
MMGS-III (Middle Management Grade Scale III)
Age Limit: 28 to 38 years
Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline with the same percentage criteria as MMGS-II.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in MSME/Commercial/Project/Mid & Large Credit processing in eligible banking or financial institutions.
SMGS-IV (Senior Management Grade Scale IV)
Age Limit: 30 to 40 years
Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline AND one of the following:
- MBA / PGDBM
- Two-year full-time Master’s Degree
- CA / CFA / CMA (ICWA)
Experience:
Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience, including 5 years in MSME/Commercial/Project/Mid & Large Credit processing in eligible institutions.
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
