2. Gender Specialist

- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.

Master’s degree in Livelihoods, Entrepreneurship Development, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Value Chain Development, Rural Development, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in livelihood promotion, micro-lending, skills training, and income generation activities.
- Prior work experience in ADB, World Bank, or similar donor-funded programs preferred.
