The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has released the APSC JE Admit Card 2025 for the recruitment of Junior Engineer (Civil) under the Public Works Roads Department (PWRD) and Public Works (Building & NH) Department.
🔔 Key Update:
As per Notification No. 222PSC/R-6/32-24-25 dated 25 June 2025, the screening test for 650 vacancies will be held on 20 July 2025 (Sunday). The admit card is available for download on the official website apsc.nic.in starting 10 July 2025.

Eligibility Criteria for APSC JE (Civil) 2025
Age Limit (as of 1 Jan 2025):
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 40 years
- Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
Educational Qualification:
- 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering (AICTE recognized).
Residency:
- Eligibility requires being a permanent resident of Assam and holding PRC or Employment Exchange registration.
APSC JE Selection Process 2025
- Screening Test (OMR-Based):
- Paper-I (Civil Engineering): 100 marks, 2 hours
- Paper-II (General Studies & English): 100 marks, 2 hours
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
- Interview & Document Verification
- Medical Examination

- Visit apsc.nic.in
- Choose the option “Download JE (Civil) Screening Test e-Admission Certificate.
- Enter Registration Number/Roll Number & DOB
- Click Submit to download the PDF
- Print and keep a copy for exam day
