Eligibility Criteria
State Domicile
Candidates must belong to any one of the eight North Eastern states and provide any one of the following documents:
- Qualifying examination certificate from the concerned state.
- Parent/guardian posting certificate issued by Government authority.

Educational Qualification

- At least 50% marks in Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Science, Social Science or Humanities.
