Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
There is no upper age limit for appearing in SLET. Candidates who qualify can apply for Assistant Professor posts in member states under SLET Commission.
Educational Qualification
- General / Unreserved / EWS candidates must score at least 55% in their Master’s Degree.
- SC, ST, OBC (Non Creamy Layer) and PwD candidates must score at least 50%.
- Candidates awaiting final results or appearing in their final year of Master’s Degree can also apply.

Exam Pattern
The exam will be held in two sessions:
