- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Educational Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or student mobilization preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, call tracking software)
- Ability to engage and convince students
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and persuasive
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
2. Marketing Executive (Overseas Employment Training)
- No of Posts: 1
- Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Social Work, Mass Communication, or related field
- Experience: 1–3 years in field marketing, mobilization, or skill development (experience in overseas training/migration preferred)
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in local/regional language
- Strong planning and organizational ability
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and social media marketing tools
- Ability to motivate students to achieve training goals
3. Food and Beverage Service Trainer (Guwahati)
- No of Posts: 1
- Pay: Negotiable
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management (Postgraduate preferred)
- Experience:
- 3–5 years in reputed hospitality brands (supervisory level or above)
- 3–5 years of academic experience in hospitality training institutes
Skills and Traits:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Dynamic personality with motivational ability
- Awareness of local culture and student aspirations
- Good industry network in the hospitality sector
- Preference will be given to candidates with TOT certification under the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council
